Assessing Energy Efficiency

Did you know over 65% of UK electricity is consumed by electric motors?
We will help you save energy costs by identifying inefficient motors that should be replaced, our energy assessment programme also identifies which motors should be replaced when failed, and which ones can be rewound.
A members of the AEMT we follow the repair guidelines for energy efficient repairs.

Planned Maintenance Assessment

Assessing the service requirement for your plant to prevent unplanned stoppages. This involves condition monitoring, analysis, establishing bearing replacement intervals and greasing regimes, along with other tasks.

Application Engineering

Based on a New Motor Assessment, EMR will install and align the new motor. We will also carry out any necessary modifications.

National maintenance scheme

Based on a Planned Maintenance Assessment, EMR can maintain motors and associated equipment across one or more sites. EMR service all makes of motors.
We co-operate closely with other ABB authorised repairers nationwide to provide a standard level of excellent services throughout the UK.

Stock management

Based on a Motor Stock Assessment, EMR can hold and rotate your spares stock for you, ensuring replacement motors are always available within a specified time.

Energy efficiency programme

Based on an Energy Efficiency Assessment, EMR reduce the losses by replacing motors with energy efficient alternatives or where practical, will rewind failed motors to a high standard, following AEMT guidelines.
