If bearings are lubricated insufficiently or wrongly, they will fail long before they have reached their expected product life. Simalube lubricators guarantee a consistent supply of lubricant at a pre-determined rate.
The Simalube dispensers are available in four different sizes ensuring the correct lubrication can be applied to specific points, day in, day out.
Simalube can be fixed to a lubricating point within seconds – much faster, and more efficient, than applying it by hand. This, together with prolonged bearing life, decreases loss of production.
Simalube is powered by a gas-producing dry cell. The cell builds pressure behind the piston in the lubricator, which dispenses it automatically and evenly to the lubrication point. The amount of lubricant can be adjusted with an allen key.
Filled with oil, Simalube can be used to automatically lubricate chains, open gears or guide rails, to name just a few components.
